If you are receiving the error code “It seems the recipient does not live in Cape Town” featured in this image, don’t fret we have a simple solution!

Just follow this step-by-step guide and we’ll have your hamper ready in no time.

How To Solve It.

The issue will occur in step 1 of the checkout process, and is due to using an incorrect postal code (often people mistake this box for their own postal code). At It’s a Wrap, we don’t deliver to any addresses over 71km from our base of operations in Tokai. If you use a postal code which falls outside of that radius, our system will generate that error message.

To fix this, all you need to do is ensure you have correctly added the recipient’s postal code and not, for example, your own postal code. View our delivery areas here: https://itisawrap.co.za/delivery-areas/

If you mistakenly used your own postal code, please refresh the page and start the checkout process again, this time using the correct postal code. 

Now the error should be resolved and you will be able to order using your preferred payment method.
